30-Day Returns Policy for Linus Electric
At Linus Electric, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:
- The product must be in its original, unaltered physical condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the product. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at Retruns@linuselectric.com or through the standard contact page.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
